Shipping policy

Every MyRoots item is made on demand: printed and crafted specifically for you after your order is placed.This means your order goes through two stages: Production and Shipping.

 

Stage 1: Production Time
All products are fulfilled by Printify's network of print providers. After your order is placed:
Standard production    3–7 business days
Peak periods (Nov–Dec, major holidays)    5–10 business days
Custom or special items    Up to 10 business days

Production time is in addition to shipping time. Your order confirmation email will include an estimated dispatch date.

Stage 2: Shipping Time (After Dispatch)

United States_Standard    5 to 10 business days after dispatch
United States _Express    2 to 4 business days after dispatch
Canada _Standard    7 to 14 business days after dispatch
Canada _Express    3 to 6 business days after dispatch
Rest of World    14 to 21 business days after dispatch

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
•    Track your order at the carrier's website using the number in your email
•    US orders: typically shipped via USPS or UPS
 
•    Canada orders: typically via Canada Post or UPS


Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions will be displayed on the store when active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

US customers: applicable sales tax may be collected at checkout where required by law.
Canadian customers: GST/HST/PST may be applied at checkout depending on your province.

Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different Printify print providers and arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. MyRoots is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at info@myroots.shop we can correct it if production has not yet begun.

Delays Beyond Our Control
Occasionally, factors outside our control may affect delivery times, including carrier delays, extreme weather, customs processing, or public holidays. We will always do our best to keep you informed. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us.
