    MyRoots ("we," "us," or "our") is an online store celebrating African heritage through apparel, home décor, and lifestyle products. Our store is operated from Japan and is hosted on Shopify. We sell primarily to customers in the United States and Canada.

Information from third parties:
•    Shopify provides us with analytics and order management data
•    Printify (our fulfillment partner) receives your name and shipping address to produce and ship your order

Process your order    To fulfill, ship, and confirm your purchase, including sharing your address with Printify for production

4.    How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

•    Printify: our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, who receives your name and shipping address to produce and deliver your order
•    Payment processors (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal) — to process your payment securely
•    Shipping carriers (e.g. USPS, UPS, Canada Post) — your address is shared to deliver your package
•    Marketing platforms (e.g. Meta, Google) — only if you have consented, and only for targeted advertising based on your opt-in
•    Law enforcement or regulators — if required by law or to protect our rights
•    Business successors — in the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may transfer to the new owner under the same privacy protections

5.    Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you have specific rights over your personal information: All customers may also: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, request deletion of their account data, or request a copy of the data we hold about them. We will respond within 30 days.
